Three registered massage therapists, one quiet studio off Panatella Blvd. We work by appointment, with intention, and we don't do upsells.
"We don't try to be a spa. We try to be the kind of place
where you actually feel better when you walk out."
Every session is one-on-one, in a private room, with a registered massage therapist. Direct billing to most Canadian insurance plans. We bring our own oils, linens, and bolsters — you bring nothing.
We are RMTs because we care about the work. Same room standards, same linens, same quiet. We share notes on the difficult cases. We refer out when you need someone we aren't.
Genna started Peace of Mind in 2014 after a decade in the city's biggest clinics, where she learned exactly what kind of practice she didn't want to run. Trained in myofascial release, sports, and pre/post-natal work.
Eight years in chronic-pain rehab clinics before joining us in 2019. If your body has a stubborn pattern that hasn't shifted with other work, Marin's the one to book with. Brings a structural-engineering mind to the table.
Lina specializes in the second and third trimesters, fertility support, and the kind of slow, restorative work you need when the rest of your life is fast. She'll be the one to remind you to drink water on the way out.
When you arrive, the front room is empty. We don't book back-to-back, so you're not sitting across from someone else. We don't run a diffusers-and-pause-music experience — just clean linens, warm oil, and an RMT who has read your intake form.
You'll undress to your comfort. You'll be properly draped the entire time. Your therapist will check in once, around the middle of the session, to make sure the pressure and the work is what you need. After, we'll suggest water, a walk if you can, and a follow-up cadence that makes sense for your body — not for our schedule.

For your first visit, yes — we want to spend the time before you arrive to read your intake form and match you with the right therapist. After that, recurring clients can usually book same-week. Walk-ins are not a thing here.
Whatever you're comfortable in. You'll undress to your comfort level and be properly draped the entire session. Most people undress fully for the work; some keep underwear on. Either is fine.
Yes — we direct bill most Canadian insurance plans including Blue Cross, Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, GreenShield, Desjardins, Empire Life, SSQ, and ClaimSecure. Bring your policy number to your first session.
It depends on what your body is asking for. For chronic tension or recovery, weekly to start, then taper. For maintenance, every two to four weeks. For a specific acute issue, a short series (4-6 weekly) often resolves it. Your therapist will give you an honest recommendation after the first session.
Yes. Email us with the recipient's name and the treatment length, and we'll send you a digital certificate within the hour. They don't expire.
Book online for any of our three therapists, any treatment, any time that shows open. We hold your card on file but don't charge until the session. Cancel any time up to 24 hours before with no fee.
